Vibe for Philo is an annual event held to commemorate Phil Lynott on the anniversary of his tragic death. It’s obviously an event close to our heart with Phil having such a strong presence in the museum, and this year we’re doing a discount and we’re talking about all things Lizzy!

Phil Lynott in the museum
Phil Lynott is an iconic figure in Irish rock and music in general. As such he holds a very special place in the heart of the museum. Our dedicated Thin Lizzy exhibit features a range of interesting Phil Lynott memorabilia from his school report to his iconic mirror bass, kindly donated by the lovely Philomena Lynott. The exhibition is housed in Apollo studio, where Phil actually recorded quite soon before he died.
