The Joshua Tree is being re-imagined, the biggest names in Ireland’s music scene have come together and will be covering songs from U2’s iconic album The Joshua Tree in celebration of hitting its 30 year mark.
This is what the current artwork looks like:
Set to release on October 27th all proceeds from The Joshua Tree – New Roots will be donated to the Laura Lynn foundation Ireland’s only children’s hospice.
The original songs will be covered bynew Iconic irish. Kodaline, Picture This, Gavin James, The Coronas, Imelda Mayand many more. There will also be a live recording of “Red Hill Mining Town” from U2’s show in Amsterdam during “The Joshua Tree Tour 2017”
