Glen Hansard’s name couldn’t be more closely linked with Irish culture. He’s one of the nation’s most iconic rock singers, also a gifted songwriter and guitarist. Member of the Irish band The Frames and the folk duo The Swell Season, he’s other field of talent is acting: he’s most famous for starring in  BAFTA-winning film The Commitments, as well as in the film Once.
