Muse Dublin Show – April 5th
Muse are back with what is being regarded as their best tour yet. ‘The Drones Tour’ will run over April 2016 before the go on to headline the world famous Glastonbury in the summer; not only did the album sell 73,000 copies in its first week of release, but it also reached the no.1 spot in the UK albums chart.
Keeping this in mind, it is set to be a fantastic show with an extremely impressive stage production which will feature live drones and amazing visuals. So prepare to be wowed once again by one of the most anticipated tours of the year so far.
Formed in 1994, Muse are arguably one of the biggest bands to come out of the UK and have already established themselves in Rock N’ Roll history. With their out of this world live performances and operatic space-rock style of music, they are already considered a massive household name in the music industry today!
As such, they have a presence in our museum with memorabilia from their 2003 album Absolution, donated from our sister recording studio Grouse Lodge Recording Studios. They also played a gig in the Button Factory Venue in 2000 (then called the Temple Bar Music Centre) supporting Elastica.
With memorabilia and stories from the likes of Muse, Thin Lizzy, U2, Nirvana and many more, a visit to the Irish Rock N’ Roll Museum Experience is a must for any Rock’N’Roll fan, and is a great thing to do while you’re in Dublin for the concert this month!
To celebrate this, as an added bonus to all of you Muse fans, we are doing a special Muse Dublin Concert VIP discount. From now until the 8th April, anyone who presents their Muse ticket at the front desk will receive a 20% discount off entrance price.
So if you’re looking for something to do when you’re not being entertained by Muse in the 3 Arena, come along to the Irish Rock N’ Roll Museum in Temple Bar and learn more about Irish Rock’n’Roll history and memorabilia!
